Prices
with STRANDET ApS we reserve the right to make any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
payment
STRANDET ApS we receive payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank transfer. The payment will not be charged to your account until the item is deseeded. All amounts are in Danish kroner and including VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
delivery
STRANDET ApS aims to submit orders placed before 5pm the next business day.
We are sending to the whole of the Eu ropean Union. Shipping rates from 35 kr. Items will be delivered at the delivery address indicated at the time of order or the nearest parcel shop.
Your goods are shipped by Post Nord, GLS or other carrier.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-4 business days after ordering.
Certain goods are subject to special delivery conditions. The conditions will be specified specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
Right of complaint
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or refused, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by mishandling of the product/service. You must advertise in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. STRANDET ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments are not received per C.O.D.
Refund
In the case of a refund, please provide bank details in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full right of return is granted on items purchased in our webshop.
The period shall be counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or on several occasions.
- Obtain the last lot, or last part, in physical possession in the case of an agreement for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return costs must be borne by you.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 after purchase and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days of the shipment. The message must be given by email on julie@strandet.io. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the attached Return Slip and send the item to:

You cannot regret simply refusing receipt of the item without giving clear notice.
Goods except the right of withdrawal

Goods except the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
- Goods which, by reason of their nature, are inextricably linked to others on delivery.
- Goods where the sealing is broken.
- Non-financial services provided if the provision of the service has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and the recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully provided.
- The provision of digital content which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he or she loses his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements entered into at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or age quickly.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have made use of your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of return. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out and attach our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk of the item from the time the item is delivered to the time we have received it back.
We do not receive packages sent per C.O.D.
The condition of the item on return
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must test the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount is deducted.
Using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the amount refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation before then to have returned it.
In-store pickup
On our webshop it is possible to choose to pick up our products in our store. In this way, it is possible to reserve an item online, and then to pick up the item physically in our store. As the item is picked up in our store, the same conditions apply as when you shop physically in our store.
